Thomas Pratt (also credited as Thomas P. Pratt or Tommy Pratt) was an American film editor. Born in Santa Barbara, California, he worked in Hollywood from the late 1920s until 1959.

He was under exclusive contract with Warner Bros. from 1928 to 1943, editing dozens of the studio's films. His credits include *42nd Street* (1933), *Wild Boys of the Road* (1933), *The Walking Dead* (1936), *The Return of Doctor X* (1939) and *The Hard Way* (1943). After leaving Warner Bros. he worked freelance on titles such as *Jet Over the Atlantic* (1959) and episodes of television series including *Dragnet* and *Casey Jones*.

Pratt died in the Netherlands in 1973.
