Thomas Vincent is a French film director, screenwriter and actor. Born in 1964 in Juvisy-sur-Orge, Essonne, he is the son of actress Hélène Vincent and theatre director Jean-Pierre Vincent. He began his career in various film roles, including as assistant director on *Valmont* (1989).

Vincent's feature debut *Karnaval* (1999) won the Alfred Bauer Prize at the 49th Berlin International Film Festival. He has directed episodes of television series including *Versailles* (2015–2017), *Bodyguard* (2018) and *Reacher* (2022), as well as the films *The New Life of Paul Sneijder* (2016) and *Role Play* (2024).
