## Biography

Tien Peng (also credited as Peng Tien, 田鵬, Roc Tien or John T. King) is a Chinese actor and director active in Taiwan and Hong Kong cinema. Born in 1945 in Tsingtao, China, he appeared in numerous films from the late 1960s onwards.

He played the Escort Officer in *Dragon Inn* (1967) and Ouyang Nian in *A Touch of Zen* (1971), both directed by King Hu. Tien Peng has also directed films and received a Special Award at the 7th Golden Horse Awards in 1969.
