Tilly Keeper, also credited as Matilda Elizabeth Keeper, is an English actress. She was born on 16 August 1997 in London. She trained at the D&B Academy of Performing Arts in Bromley and attended Bromley High School.

Keeper is known for playing Louise Mitchell in the BBC soap opera *EastEnders* (2016–2020). After leaving the series, she appeared as Helen in the BBC film *Make Me Famous* (2020) and as Lady Phoebe Borehall-Blaxworth in the Netflix series *You* (2023–2025). Other credits include *R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned* (2022) and the Channel 4 series *Queenie* (2024).
