Tim Hobert is an American television writer and producer. He began his career as a writer on the sitcom *Spin City* (1996).

Hobert spent several years on *Scrubs* (2001) as a writer and in various producer roles, receiving two Primetime Emmy nominations. He later wrote episodes of *Community* (2009) and served as co-executive producer on the series, and worked as a writer and producer on *The Middle* (2009). He created the Nickelodeon series *The Really Loud House* (2022).

He is the brother of actor Michael Hobert.
