Tim Plester (born 10 September 1970) is a British actor, playwright and filmmaker from Banbury, Oxfordshire. He graduated with a BA in Theatre from Dartington College of Arts and an MA in playwriting studies from Birmingham University.

Plester is known for acting roles including Rocket in the BBC series *Life on Mars* (2006), Black Walder Rivers in *Game of Thrones* (2013–2016), RT Baker in *Bohemian Rhapsody* (2018), Danil in *Kick-Ass* (2010), and Fay Drolla in *Andor* (2022). He has also appeared in *Lockout* (2012), *Control* (2007), *Shadow and Bone* (2021) and *After Life* (2019).

As a filmmaker, he co-directed the documentaries *Way of the Morris* (2011) and *The Ballad of Shirley Collins* (2017) with Rob Curry. He has written and directed several short films, including the award-winning *Ant Muzak* (2002), and a collection of his stage plays was published in 2020.
