## Biography

Tobi Wilson is a British comedy writer. He joined the writing team on *The Amazing World of Gumball* (2011) as a junior writer for series 2 and 3, later becoming senior writer on series 4 to 6, and contributed to series 7. He also wrote an episode of the follow-up series *The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball* (2025).

Wilson has written for other animated series including *Danger Mouse* (2015), *Bravest Warriors* (2009), *It's Pony* (2020), *Ninja Express* (2021) and *Shasha and Milo* (2024). He was part of the *The Amazing World of Gumball* writing team that won Children's BAFTA Awards for writing in 2013, 2016 and 2019, and his episode "The Shell" received awards at the British Animation Awards in 2016.
