Toby Carr Rafelson is an American production designer and art director. She worked on several films in the 1970s and early 1980s, including *Five Easy Pieces* (1970), on which she served as interior designer.

Her production design credits include *The King of Marvin Gardens* (1972), *Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore* (1974), *Stay Hungry* (1976), *I Never Promised You a Rose Garden* (1977), *Goin' South* (1978), *Melvin and Howard* (1980) and *The Border* (1982). She was art director on *Under Fire* (1983). She also appeared as an actress in *Caged Heat* (1974).

Rafelson was married to director Bob Rafelson from 1955 until their divorce in 1977.
