Tokio Igarashi (五十嵐季旺; also credited as Kiou Igarashi) is a Japanese anime director and episode director. He is credited as director on episodes of the *Attack on Titan* series (2013).

He has worked primarily with MAPPA studio. His credits include episode direction on *Vinland Saga* (2019), *Hell's Paradise* (2023) and *ZENSHU* (2025), unit direction on *Attack on Titan: The Last Attack* (2024), and direction of the ONA *Jimoto Saiko!*. Earlier roles include assistant episode director and production positions on series such as *Zombie Land Saga* (2018) and *takt op.Destiny* (2021).
