Tom Brown is a British production designer and art director. He was born in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

His production design credits include the films *Green Street Hooligans* (2005), *First They Killed My Father* (2017) and *Bloodshot* (2020), and the television series *Whitechapel*, *Line of Duty* and *Luther*. He has worked extensively as supervising art director on feature films including *Saving Private Ryan* (1998), *Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy* (2011), *Tomb Raider* (2018), *Dune* (2021), *Venom: Let There Be Carnage* (2021), *Wonka* (2023) and *Dune: Part Two* (2024).
