Tom Glynn-Carney is an English actor. He was born on 7 February 1995 in Salford, Greater Manchester. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Glynn-Carney made his feature film debut as Peter in Christopher Nolan's *Dunkirk* (2017). On stage, he appeared as Shane Corcoran in Jez Butterworth's *The Ferryman* (2017) at the Royal Court Theatre and in the West End and Broadway transfers, winning the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Emerging Talent and a Drama Desk Award.

He is known for his role as Aegon II Targaryen in the television series *House of the Dragon* (2022–present). Other screen credits include *The King* (2019), *Tolkien* (2019), *Domina* (2021), *SAS Rogue Heroes* (2022) and *The Book of Clarence* (2023).
