Tom McCullagh is a production designer and art director. He served as art director on the first two seasons of the television series *Game of Thrones* (2011–2012) and as production designer on *Hunger* (2008), *Raised by Wolves* (2020), *Morgan* (2016), *The Devil's Hour* (2022–2024) and *A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms* (2026).

McCullagh has received multiple awards and nominations for his work, including wins at the Irish Film and Television Awards and an Excellence in Production Design Award. He received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour) for *A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms*.
