Tom Meeten is an English actor, comedian and writer. He was born on 30 April 1974 in Northampton and graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Fine Arts in 1996.

His performing career began in a comedy double act with Steve Oram. Meeten has appeared in television comedies including *The Mighty Boosh* (2004), *The IT Crowd* (2006), *Skins* (2007) and *Motherland* (2019–2021), and in films such as *Sightseers* (2012) as Head Shaman, *Paddington* (2014), *Burke & Hare* (2010) and *Prevenge* (2017). He co-wrote and starred in *Blunder* (2006) and received a BAFTA nomination for producing *The Ghoul* (2016), in which he also played the lead.
