Tom Priestley Jr. is a cinematographer and camera operator. He began his career in the camera department, working as an assistant camera operator or camera operator on films including *Network* (1976), *Annie Hall* (1977), *Saturday Night Fever* (1977), *Kramer vs. Kramer* (1979) and *Amadeus* (1984).

He served as director of photography on 26 episodes of the television series *Miami Vice* (1985–1986). Priestley Jr. later worked as director of photography on feature films such as *The Thomas Crown Affair* (1999), *Barbershop* (2002) and *Undercover Brother* (2002), and as second-unit director of photography on titles including *Die Hard: With a Vengeance* (1995) and *Demolition Man* (1993). He is the son of editor Tom Priestley and nephew of cinematographer Jack Priestley.
