## Biography

Tom Rosqui was an American character actor. Born in Oakland, California, he attended Sacramento Junior College and won a drama scholarship to the College of the Pacific. He began his professional career in 1951 with stage productions including a Music Circus *Show Boat* and later spent seven years with the Actor’s Workshop of San Francisco.

Rosqui appeared on Broadway in *Sticks and Bones* (1972) and *The Price*, among other plays. His film roles included Rocco Lampone in *The Godfather* (1972, uncredited) and *The Godfather Part II* (1974). He also appeared in *The Thomas Crown Affair* (1968) and *Airport '77* (1977). On television he had roles in series including *Knight Rider* (1985) and *Cheers* (1988).

Rosqui died of cancer in Los Angeles on 12 April 1991, aged 62. He was married to actress Erica Yohn from 1963 until his death.
