Tom York is an English actor. He was born on 13 August 1992 in Hampshire and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).

He is known for his role as Samuel "Sam" Carne in the BBC series *Poldark* (2017–2019) and as Hero in the fantasy series *Olympus* (2015). Other television credits include appearances in *Tyrant* (2014), *Endeavour* (2016), *Midsomer Murders* (2016), *Death in Paradise* (2016), *Agatha Raisin* (2016), *Van der Valk* (2020) and *American Gods* (2021), as well as the film *Stopmotion* (2024).
