Tommy Abuel is a Filipino actor and lawyer. Born on 16 September 1942 in Tayabas, Quezon, he began acting in the early 1970s after qualifying as a lawyer.

He is known for his role as Pol in the 1975 film *Manila in the Claws of Light*, for which he won the FAMAS Best Supporting Actor award. He received a second FAMAS award in the same category for *Karma* (1981) and the Cinemalaya Best Actor award for *Dagsin* (2016). His other film credits include *Insiang* (1976) and *Bituing Walang Ningning* (1985). On television he has appeared in series such as *FPJ's Ang Probinsyano* and *Batang Quiapo* (2023), in which he plays Don Julio Montenegro.

Abuel is also an award-winning stage actor, having received the Aliw Award for Best Stage Actor on three consecutive occasions.
