Tommy Noonan was an American actor, comedian, screenwriter and producer. He appeared in films and on television from the 1940s to the 1960s, often in supporting comedy roles. He was also credited as Tom Noonan, Thomas Noone and, with Peter Marshall, as the comedy team Noonan and Marshall.

Noonan is known for his performances as Gus Esmond Jr. in *Gentlemen Prefer Blondes* (1953) and as Danny McGuire in *A Star Is Born* (1954). He was the younger half-brother of actor John Ireland.
