Tonia Davis is a film and television producer. She serves as head of motion pictures at Higher Ground Productions, the company founded by Barack and Michelle Obama.

Her credits include producer on the biographical drama *Rustin* (2023) and executive producer on *The Greatest Showman* (2017), *Snatched* (2017), *Underwater* (2020), *Becoming* (2020), *Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution* (2020) and *Leave the World Behind* (2023). She has also worked on series including *Waffles + Mochi* and *Bodkin* (2024).

Davis previously oversaw development at Chernin Entertainment and worked at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on live-action remakes including *The Jungle Book* and *Beauty and the Beast*. She is a Primetime Emmy nominee.
