## Biography

Tony Hardmon is a cinematographer who has worked on numerous documentaries. He served as director of photography on *American Symphony* (2023) and *My Mom Jayne* (2025). His other cinematography credits include *Miss Sharon Jones!* (2015), *Detropia* (2012) and *The Boys of Baraka* (2005).

Hardmon directed, produced and shot the documentary *Semper Fi: Always Faithful* (2011). He has also worked in the camera and electrical department on earlier projects and received a Primetime Emmy nomination for outstanding cinematography for a nonfiction programme.

He studied at Virginia Tech.
