## Biography

Tony Lo Bianco was an American actor whose film and television career spanned more than six decades. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he trained at the Dramatic Workshop and co-founded the Triangle Theatre in 1963, serving as its artistic director.

He appeared as Sal Boca in *The French Connection* (1971) and in other films including *The Honeymoon Killers* (1970) and *The Seven-Ups* (1973). On stage he won an Obie Award for *Yanks-3, Detroit-0, Top of the Seventh* (1975) and received a Tony Award nomination for the 1983 Broadway revival of *A View from the Bridge*. He died in 2024.
