## Biography

Tony Snoaden was a British production designer whose television credits spanned several decades. He worked on the BBC science fiction series *Doctor Who* (1963), designing the stories *The Sea Devils* (1972), *The Sun Makers* (1977) and *Vengeance on Varos* (1985).

His other credits include episodes of *Paul Temple* (1969–1971), *Citizen Smith* (1977–1980) and the first series of *Only Fools and Horses* (1981), on which he collaborated with designer Cynthia Kljuco. He also contributed to series such as *Come Back Mrs. Noah* (1978) and *Lovejoy* (1986). Snoaden was born in 1926 and died on 9 November 2019.
