Tôru Takeuchi was a Japanese actor. Born on 16 May 1927 in Imabari, Ehime, he dropped out of the preparatory course at Meiji University and trained at the Haiyuza Theatre Company acting school before joining the troupe.

He appeared in films including *The Human Condition II: Road to Eternity* (1959) as Shûban Shikan and *Harakiri* (1962) as an Ii clan retainer. Takeuchi worked extensively in television, with roles in series such as *Mito Kōmon*. He died on 4 August 2006 in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, aged 79.
