Tracy Gamble is a television writer and producer. He wrote episodes of *The Golden Girls* (1985) from 1989 to 1992, also serving as executive story editor, co-producer, supervising producer and co-executive producer on the series.

Gamble created the sitcom *8 Simple Rules* (2002), on which he also served as executive producer and writer. His other writing credits include *According to Jim* (2001), *The Geena Davis Show* (2000), *The 5 Mrs. Buchanans* (1994), *Here and Now* (1992), *Home Improvement* (1991), *227* (1985) and *Newhart* (1982). He has received two Primetime Emmy nominations.
