Traylor Elizabeth Howard is an American actress. She was born on 14 June 1966 in Orlando, Florida, and graduated from Florida State University with a degree in communications, advertising and English.

Howard's early television work included the sitcom *Boston Common* (1996–1997) as Joy Byrnes. She later starred as Sharon Carter in *Two Guys and a Girl* (1998–2001) and as Natalie Teeger in *Monk* (2002–2009), also appearing in the 2023 film *Mr. Monk's Last Case: A Monk Movie*. Film credits include *Dirty Work* (1998), *Me, Myself & Irene* (2000) and *Son of the Mask* (2005) as Tonya Avery.

She is married to Jarel Portman; her father-in-law is architect John C. Portman Jr.
