## Biography

Tudor Vladimir Panduru is a Romanian cinematographer. He was born in 1990 in Piatra Neamț, Romania, and trained at the National University of Theatre and Film "I.L. Caragiale" in Bucharest. He is a member of the Romanian Society of Cinematographers (R.S.C.).

Panduru began working with director Cristian Mungiu as a camera assistant on *Beyond the Hills* (2012) and first served as director of photography on *Graduation* (2016). Their subsequent collaborations include *R.M.N.* (2022) and *Fjord* (2026). Other credits include *My Happy Family* (2017), *Malmkrog* (2020), *The Father Who Moves Mountains* (2021), *Întregalde* (2021), *Adventures of a Mathematician* (2021), *Metronom* (2022) and *The President's Cake* (2025).

He has received Gopo Awards for best cinematography for *Malmkrog* and *Metronom*, and his work on *The President's Cake* contributed to the film's Camera d'Or win at Cannes.
