Tuula Hilkamo is a Finnish costume designer. She has worked extensively with director Aki Kaurismäki, providing costumes for *Shadows in Paradise* (1986), *Hamlet Goes Business* (1987), *Ariel* (1988), *Take Care of Your Scarf, Tatjana* (1994) and *Drifting Clouds* (1996).

Her other credits include *The Winter War* (1989). She has also worked in the costume and wardrobe department and as a production designer on *The King Goes Forth to France* (1986). She is married to Al-Masri and was previously married to Pertti Hilkamo.
