Twink Caplan is an American actress, comedian and producer. She is known for playing Miss Toby Geist in the 1995 film *Clueless*, which she also served as associate producer on, and for reprising the role as co-executive producer on the ABC television series (1996–1997). She appeared as Rona in the *Look Who's Talking* (1989) and *Look Who's Talking Too* (1990) films.
