## Biography

Tyler Straessle is an American television writer. He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in telecommunications and began working in the industry in production and assistant roles from 2011.

He served as script coordinator on the NBC series *The Good Place* (2016–2019) and wrote one episode. Since 2019 he has written several original films for the Hallmark Channel, including *Forever in My Heart* (2019), *Sweet Autumn* (2020), *To Her, with Love* (2022), *Welcome to Mama's* (2022) and *The Gift of Peace* (2022). He is also a lecturer at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
