Valerie Ahern is an American television screenwriter and producer. She began writing for television in 1995, with early credits including episodes of *The Parent 'Hood* and story editor work on *Married... with Children*.

Ahern has written episodes for *Clueless*, *Desperate Housewives* (2007), *The Suite Life of Zack & Cody* (2005), *Hannah Montana* (2006), *Jessie* and *Bunk'd*. She served as head writer on *Spyder Games* (2001) and has held producing roles on several series. Her writing partner is Christian McLaughlin. She attended the University of Texas at Austin.
