Valerio De Paolis is an Italian producer and production manager. Born on 7 April 1942 in Turin, he began his career in the early 1970s with production roles on major international films.

He worked as production manager on *The Godfather* (1972) and production supervisor on *The Godfather Part II* (1974). Later credits include co-producer on *Caché* (2005), associate producer on *Enter the Void* (2009) and producer on *Tetro* (2009). He has been managing director of the Italian independent distributor BIM Distribuzione.
