Victor Arnold was an American actor. Born Arnold Ratner on 1 July 1936 in Herkimer, New York, he died on 13 April 2012 in Buffalo, New York.

He appeared in more than 40 films between 1956 and 2011, including *The Incident* (1967), *Shaft* (1971) as Charlie, *...And Justice for All* (1979), *Wolfen* (1981), *All the Right Moves* (1983), *Trees Lounge* (1996) and *The Yards* (2000). He also had roles in television series such as *Law & Order* and its spin-offs, and in soap operas including *The Edge of Night* and *The Best of Everything*. His stage work included several Broadway productions.
