## Biography

Victor De Jesus is an American television writer. He began working in the entertainment industry in 1991 as an intern on the film *Jungle Fever*. He later served in production roles, including as an associate producer on *I Like It Like That* and as a production supervisor or manager on *Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai* (1999), *The 24 Hour Woman* (1999), *Prison Song* (2001) and the television film *SUBWAYStories: Tales from the Underground* (1997). He also worked as additional crew on *Malcolm X* (1992).

De Jesus joined the writing staff of the series *Third Watch* in 2004 and 2005, serving as staff writer for 26 episodes and writing three episodes himself. He wrote the *Criminal Minds* episode 'A Rite of Passage', which aired in 2010.
