Victoria Boothby was an American actress. She was born on 1 February 1930 in Chicago, Illinois, and died on 6 September 2009 in Rockport, Maine.

Her film credits include *The Goodbye Girl* (1977) as Mrs. Bodine, *Green Card* (1990) as Mrs. Adler and *The Nanny Diaries* (2007) as the Matriarch. She also appeared in the television series *Murder, She Wrote* (1989) as Mrs. Forest and in several daytime soap operas, including *All My Children*, *Guiding Light*, *Another World* and *One Life to Live*.

On stage she performed in Broadway productions such as *Da* (1979), *Stepping Out* (1987), *Stanley* (1997) and *Waiting in the Wings* (1999).
