Victoria Cociaș is a Romanian actress and producer, also credited as Victoria Cociaș-Șerban. She was born on 6 June 1957 in Brăila and graduated from the Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in Bucharest in 1980. She began her stage career that year and has been a member of the Nottara Theatre company in Bucharest since 1986.

Her film roles include appearances in *The Oak* (1992), *Dark Angel: The Ascent* (1994) as Lois, *The Beheaded Rooster* (2007), *A Love Story, Lindenfeld* (2014) as Helga, and *Toni Erdmann* (2016) as Flavia.
