Viktors Ritelis is a director. He was born on 10 December 1937 in Riga, Latvia.

He directed episodes of British television series including *The Sweeney* (1975), *Colditz* (1972–1974), *Secret Army* (1977–1979), *The Aphrodite Inheritance* (1979) and *Blake's 7* (1981). He also directed the feature film *Crucible of Horror* (1971). Later in his career he worked in Australia, directing episodes of *A Country Practice* (1987–1989), *Home and Away* (1988), *E Street* (1989–1992), *Echo Point* (1995) and 426 episodes of *Breakers* (1998–1999). He has also been credited as Victor Ritellis.
