## Biography

Vineet Kumar Singh is an Indian actor and screenwriter who works in Hindi cinema. He holds an MD in Ayurveda from Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur, and began his acting career in the early 2000s with small roles, including in *Pitaah* (2002).

He gained notice for his supporting performance as Danish Khan in Anurag Kashyap's *Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1* (2012) and *Part 2* (2012). Singh took the lead role of a boxer in *Mukkabaaz* (2018), which he co-wrote, and appeared in *Ugly* (2013), *Bombay Talkies* (2013) and *Gold* (2018).

More recent credits include *Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl* (2020), the series *Betaal* (2020), *Chhaava* (2025) and *Superboys of Malegaon* (2025).
