Vyto Ruginis, also credited as Vytautas Ruginis, is an English-born American actor. He was born on 17 April 1956 in Wolverhampton, England, to Lithuanian parents, and grew up in Cicero, Illinois. He holds a BFA from the University of Illinois and an MFA from Yale University.

Ruginis has appeared in films including *The Devil's Advocate* (1997), *Cliffhanger* (1993), *The Fast and the Furious* (2001) and *Moneyball* (2011), in which he played Pittaro. His television credits include guest roles in *The X-Files*, *House* and *The Mentalist*, as well as a recurring part as Arkady Kolcheck in *NCIS: Los Angeles*. He was inducted into the National Lithuanian American Hall of Fame in 2015.
