Warren Duff (also credited as Warren B. Duff) was an American writer and producer of films and television. Born in San Francisco on 17 May 1904, he began his career as an actor and director on the New York stage before entering the film industry in 1931.

He worked as a screenwriter at Warner Bros. in the 1930s, contributing to films including *Angels with Dirty Faces* (1938) and *Each Dawn I Die* (1939). Duff later produced several features, most notably the film noir *Out of the Past* (1947) for RKO. He received an Edgar Allan Poe Award nomination for the screenplay of *Chicago Deadline* (1949).

From the late 1950s he worked extensively in television as a producer on series such as *The Virginian* and as a writer on programmes including *Mannix* and *The Invaders*. Duff died in Los Angeles on 5 August 1973.
