## Biography

Wendy Battles is a television writer and producer. She contributed multiple episodes to *Law & Order* (1990) as writer, story writer and teleplay writer between 2000 and 2005, and served as producer and co-executive producer on the series from 2001 to 2006.

Her other writing credits include episodes of *CSI: NY* (2006–2010), *The Glades* (2010), *Unforgettable* (2011), *The River* (2012) and *Crossing Lines* (2013). She has also worked as a producer or co-executive producer on several of these series, as well as the television film *Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy* (2011). Battles received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her work.
