Wilfried Basse, also credited as Wilhelm-Friedrich Heinrich Hermann Basse, was a German documentary filmmaker and cinematographer. He was born on 17 August 1899 in Hanover and died on 6 June 1946 in Berlin.

Basse began making short films in the late 1920s and founded Basse Film GmbH. He directed and photographed works including *Markt in Berlin* (1929) and *Deutschland zwischen gestern und heute* (1932/1934). He served as one of the cinematographers on Leni Riefenstahl's *Olympia Part One: Festival of the Nations* (1938) and *Olympia Part Two: Festival of Beauty* (1938), and later produced educational and sports films.
