Will Kempe is a Bermudian actor. Born on 19 December 1963 in Bermuda, he was educated at the Dragon School in Oxford and Wellington College in Berkshire before earning a business degree from the University of Western Ontario. He moved to New York in 1986 to pursue acting.

Kempe made his feature-film debut as Rick Von Sloneker in Whit Stillman's *Metropolitan* (1990). He later appeared in *The Last Days of Disco* (1998, uncredited) and guest-starred in television series including *One Life to Live* (as Ian Armitage, 1997–1998), *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, *Charmed*, *Angel* and *Law & Order: Criminal Intent*. In 1995 he directed the short film *All You Are*.
