Willard E. Pugh is an American actor. Born on 16 June 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee, he graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.F.A. in Theatre & Drama in 1981, having also attended Memphis State University and Webster College Conservatory. He began appearing in films in the early 1980s.

Pugh is known for his role as Harpo in *The Color Purple* (1985). His other film credits include *The Hills Have Eyes Part II* (1985), *RoboCop 2* (1990), *The Guyver* (1991), *CB4* (1993) and *Air Force One* (1997). He has also worked in television and as a probation officer, and taught broadcasting and film classes at Chaffey College in the early 1990s.
