William Cagney (1905–1988) was an American film producer and occasional actor. The younger brother of actor James Cagney, he began his career with small acting roles in the early 1930s before moving into production and business management for his brother.

He received associate producer credits on films including *The Strawberry Blonde* (1941) and *Yankee Doodle Dandy* (1942), and produced later titles such as *Blood on the Sun* (1945), *The Time of Your Life* (1948), *Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye* (1950) and *Only the Valiant* (1951).
