William Diver is a British film editor and cinematographer. He worked as editor and director of photography on Terence Davies’s *Distant Voices, Still Lives* (1988), and as editor on Davies’s *The Long Day Closes* (1992).

His other editing credits include the television series *Agatha Christie’s Marple* (2004) and *Vanity Fair* (1998), and the films *Miranda* (2002) and *This Little Life* (2003). He was assistant editor on *The Shout* (1978).
