## Biography

William N. Fordes is a writer and producer. He wrote numerous episodes of the series *Law & Order* (1990), including 'Censure', 'Sanctuary', 'Family Values', 'Purple Heart', 'Double Blind' and 'Disappeared', and contributed story and teleplay credits on episodes such as 'Severance', 'Amends' and 'Bodies'. He also worked as a producer on the series in roles including consulting producer, supervising producer and co-executive producer between 1998 and 2010.

Fordes has written episodes for *Law & Order: UK* (2009), *Drop Dead Diva* (2009), *Bosch* (2015), *The Man in the High Castle* (2015), *Chicago Justice* (2017) and *Proven Innocent* (2019). He received five Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series as a producer on *Law & Order*.
