## Biography

William Sinclair is a British television director and writer. He was selected for the inaugural BBC Directors Academy in 2006.

Sinclair has directed multiple episodes of *Vera* (2013–2023), *Poldark* (2016), *Wolfblood* (2012), *Misfits* (2011), *Bloods* (2021), *Here We Go* (2022–2025) and *Grace* (2023). He also wrote and directed the short film *Tell It to the Fishes* (2006).

He has received Royal Television Society awards for episodes of *Vera* and *Wolfblood*.
