## Biography

Wilson Tong Wai-Shing is a Hong Kong actor, director and action choreographer. He has also been credited as Tang Wei-Cheng, Tang Wei-Shang, Tong San and the Foot Doctor. He began appearing in films in the late 1960s and worked extensively in martial arts cinema through the 1970s and 1980s.

His best-known acting role is Lord Tang San-yao in *The 36th Chamber of Shaolin* (1978). He appeared in numerous other Shaw Brothers and Golden Harvest productions, including *Dirty Ho* (1979) as Mr Chu Yi Feng, *Clan of the White Lotus* (1980) as Priest White Brow and *Duel to the Death* (1983). He has also worked as a stunt performer and action director.

Tong directed several films, among them *A Bloody Fight* (1988). His later credits include supporting roles in *Treasure Inn* (2011) and *Naked Soldier* (2012).
