Yang Dong-geun, also known as YDG, is a South Korean actor and rapper. Born on 1 June 1979 in Seoul, he began his career as a child actor and gained early recognition for roles in the television series *Seoul Ttukbaegi* (1990) and *Hyung* (1991). He studied theatrical performance at Yongin University.

Yang began releasing hip-hop music in 2001. He has appeared in numerous films and series, including *Fighter in the Wind* (2004), *Love 911* (2012), *365: Repeat the Year* (2020), *Connect* (2022), *Moving* (2023) and *Yaksha: Ruthless Operations* (2022).
