Yin Zhi, also credited as Zhi Yin and 尹治, is a Chinese actor. He was born in Beijing in 1976.

He played Teenage Douzi in Chen Kaige's *Farewell My Concubine* (1993). He later appeared in *Chun hua kai* (2004), *Forever Enthralled* (2008) and *The Amber* (2017). He trained at the Beijing Opera School and studied directing at the China National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts.
